The superior state of the art construction process takes place in Venture’s 75,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Palm Beach County, FL. With an efficient layout and sophisticated systems for each department, this facility provides ideal conditions necessary for building “The Best Open Fisherman Ever Built.” Venture Marine uses innovative products and the finest, composite materials for manufacturing. Superior gelcoat, vinylester resins and biaxial fiberglass are standard in the lamination process. There is also a solid layer of Kevlar® in each Venture, which has an extremely favorable weight-to-strength ratio that adds to the safety and durability of every hull. The transom is cored with a high-compression strength ceramic matrix instead of high-density foam or rot prone plywood. Once cured, no material is stronger for today’s heavier outboard engines.
